Rework Teams:

Product launches consist of a series of systematically
produced product lots that are intended to exhibit and
lead to the debugging of unexpected quality issues. However, defects can occur
during the final lot of the launch requiring that the product lot be contained and
not sent to the distributors. When this occurs, ACE Manufacturing Services LLC
can provide the necessary Rework Teams that will rework the product defects
and allow it to be released to the distributors. At the end of each day during the
rework project, a total count with accompanying part numbers is summarized into
a report and delivered to the customer's responsible person. The Rework Teams
continue to process the defective products until the clean point date of the product
is reached. At that time the ACE Project Manager compiles and submits to the
customer's responsible person a final report and closes the rework project.

The Rework Teams in broad terms perform the following:

1. Each shift is assigned Rework Teams
2. The Rework Teams are supported by a shift Supervisor, ACE Project Manager
    and Data Coordinator
3. The Rework Teams are trained to disassemble, reassemble and to follow a
    customer’s repair procedure
4. At the end of the of the last shift of each day, the Data Coordinator collects
and summarizes into a report the rework counts and part numbers that were
    processed that day
5. The Project Manager then deliveries the report to the customer’s responsible
person and discusses any pertinent issues relating to the rework project
6. This process continues until the clean point date of the product is reached
7. Then a final report is compiled and submitted to customer's responsible person
thereby completing and finalizing the rework project
