Mexican Suppliers:

ACE Manufacturing Services LLC provides SQE 
(Supplier Quality Engineering) Support to American 
companies looking for Mexican Suppliers.  The value of front-end supplier 
research is essential to selecting qualified Mexican Suppliers (Component 
Manufacturers). Without quality components, the American Company will find it 
nearly impossible to produce a quality final product.  ACE utilizes its’ American 
and Mexican business and engineering network to establish the Mexican 
Suppliers.  The establishment of the Mexican Suppliers can require several 
steps depending upon the customer's requirements (i.e. samples and 
prototypes) but a minimum of two steps are discussed below.  

Mexican Suppliers established:
(Given a known component design and known consumption rates)

1. ACE locates up to ten possible Mexican Suppliers based on their potential 
    to meet the volumes, quality and price. The list and a short analysis report 
    based on the first short meeting is sent to the American Company (customer).  
    The merits and shortcomings of each supplier candidate is discussed to 
    determine which one of the suppliers will progress to step two.

2. From the initial list and according to the customer’s direction, ACE will perform 
    a deep dive analysis into each of the chosen Mexican Suppliers. Each deep 
    dive analysis will consist of an eight hour interview covering:
    - FTQ (first time quality) issues on other existing products 
    - Quality documentation (spc charts, control plans, etc.) 
    - QS 9000 certification (verify their certification)
    - Resent spills and corrective action taken 
    - Equipment conditions and established preventative maintenance plans 
    - Other pertinent issues making up a three-five page report per candidate
