Mexican Manufacturing:

A Mexican Manufacturing facility or Assembly Line can 
be tooled, setup and established within a Mexican Industrial 
Park to assemble most products that an American Company may be required to 
produce under its’ brand name. ACE Manufacturing Services LLC working together 
with a network of manufacturing associates can provide the facility, raw material 
logistics, finished goods logistics, work force, cafeteria services, Mexican legal 
documents, assembly line machinery, fixtures and gaging required to establish 
a world class Mexican Manufacturing Plant. ACE will critically construct a 
comprehensive Mexican Manufacturing Establishment Plan that will act as a road 
map to guarantee success. Then Turnkey Managing for the customer, ACE will 
execute the Mexican Manufacturing Establishment Plan to completion.   

The Mexican Manufacturing Establishment Plan in broad terms encompasses:  		
(Given a known product design and known production rates)

1. Product definition and production requirements for the Mexican Manufacturing 
    processes 
2. Team definition with critical roles and functions assigned 
3. A Mexican Manufacturing Establishment Plan Time Line detailing all of the 
    activities required and defining	the critical customer milestones 
4. A budget with money release dates corresponding to the milestones 
5. A schedule of standard meetings needed execute the plan smoothly 
6. A schedule of visits to the supporting suppliers 
7. A schedule of visits from the customer to assure that the requirements are 
    being met 

All of the above points are discussed in a scheduled Mexican Manufacturing 
Establishment Plan buy-off meeting with all of the team members participating. 
Then, a final draft of Mexican Manufacturing Plant Establishment plan is created, 
bound and distributed to all team members.  And finally, ACE turnkey manages 
and executes the plan to completion.
