Manufacturing Equipment:

ACE Manufacturing Services LLC works with several 
Manufacturing Equipment, Gage and Fixture Vendors from 
various parts of the U.S.. All of them are ISO Certified and experts in their specific 
fields.  ACE Manufacturing Services LLC will monitor the creation and execution 
of the Manufacturing Equipment, Gages and Fixtures throughout the manufacturing 
equipment procurement period. It is highly recommended that when ACE 
Manufacturing Services LLC is turnkey managing for the customer, that the 
customer uses these vendors to guarantee the quality, the project timing and 
correct integration into the greater project scope.  
 
Manufacturing Equipment Plans include: 

    1. Interpreting and Communicating the customer's Manufacturing Equipment, 
        Gage and Fixture Specifications and integrating them into the Manufacturing 
        Equipment Plan 
    2. Assisting in the design development of the Manufacturing Equipment, Gages 
        and Fixtures 
    3. Create and update the Manufacturing Equipment Plan throughout the 
        manufacturing equipment procurement period 
    4. Monitor and aid in meeting the timing throughout the Manufacturing Equipment 
        procurement period 
        (a vendor visit and execution of the MQ1/R&R can be included) 
    5. Follow up with the shipping until it is received at the customer's plant and 
        finalize the competition of the Manufacturing Equipment Plan 
        (i.e. MQ1/R&R reports)
