Machine Concepts:

Machine Concepts for new projects often require that 
the ACE customer consider non-standard machine concepts from what they 
typically uses.  When new non-standard Machine Concepts are developed, it 
is essential that they meet the functional requirements while staying within 
the project's budget.  By Turnkey managing the Machine Concepts, ACE 
Manufacturing Services LLC develops new Machine Concepts that will meet 
the functional requirements while staying within the budget and delivers the 
subsequent Machine Specifications that are rolled into a manufacturing 
equipment procurement plan. 

Machine Concepts are written and drawn to include:
(Given a known product design and production rates)

1. DXF or DWG cad drawing of the Machine concepts
 
2. Written Machine Specifications containing:
   - Critical procurement and production dates 
   - Predicted Machine cycle times, ppm and uptime 
   - Operational descriptions and processing of Key Characteristics high 
     lighting error proofing and the required masters
   - The Spec will also will contain specific details within the following:
     Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Installation, Utilities, Guarding, 
     Shipping Requirements, Equipment Acceptance Criteria, Maintenance 
     Manual, Training and other sections
