Assembly Line Qualifications:

As older assembly lines get updated and or newly 
installed assembly lines are nearing a launch date, it is 
essential that the Assembly Line Qualifications meet stringent requirements 
to assure a flawless launch. In some cases, the individual processing stations  			
need to have been MQ2 Qualified (see machine qualifications) sequentially 
prior to the Assembly Line Qualifications taking place. ACE Manufacturing 
Services LLC can qualify the individual processing stations and provide the  			
expertise to execute a Assembly Line Qualifications to meet the launch 
deadline and other important processing requirements to assure the flawless launch.

Assembly Line Qualifications are written according to the Customer  			
Standard procedures but will likely include the following:

 1. Review of the Sequential Machine Qualifications measurements of Key 
     Characteristics per process and process capability 
 2. Line Debug Run measuring and proving capability of Key Characteristics 
 3. Run at Rate measuring and proving capability of Key characteristics
 4. PPAP Run measuring and proving capability of Key Characteristics 
 5. A written report summarizing the results and identifying root causes for 
     initial Assembly Line Qualification failures and steps taken for resolution
