Assembly Line Audits:


ACE Manufacturing Services LLC provides the Assembly Line Audit service 
which is large in scope and provides a macro level analysis of an assembly line. 
Assembly Line Audits are performed periodically for various reasons. There 
might be a high level administrator visiting a troubled line or the line might require 
an upgrade due to capacity constraints.  Or there may be a QS Audit scheduled
 in the near future.  Whatever the reason, ACE Manufacturing Services LLC can 
perform the Assembly Line Audits thereby better preparing the ACE customer 
for the critical upcoming event. 

Assembly Line Audits include the following: 

1. An Analysis of the Line FTQ (First Time Quality) data

2. A Line Side Review of the assembly line covering the following: 
    - Identify troubled processes 
    - Identify process bottlenecks 
    - Identify machine deficiencies 
    - Identify operator dependent sources for error 
    - Identify ergonomic concerns 
    - Identify safety concerns 
    - Review the quality documentation and relative status to current processes

3. A written report that summarizes the findings and outlines corrective actions 
    thereby insuring a success
